About Heidi
I'm on a mission to close the gap between climate knowledge
and climate action.
Rigorous thinking, genuine warmth, and a belief that real change
happens through people.
Making sustainability feel urgent without making it feel hopeless.
As a sustainability management consultant, I help organisations understand and navigate climate change risk - translating complex environmental realities into strategies that actually get used. But I've always believed that real change happens through people, not just policy. That conviction led me to the stage, and eventually, to the podcast.
Whether I'm presenting to a boardroom, speaking at a conference, or deep in conversation with a guest, I bring the same energy: rigorous thinking, genuine warmth, and the occasional reminder that we're all just figuring this out together.

Consultant. Speaker. Podcast host.
Let's start the conversation.
I'm available for consulting engagements, speaking bookings, and podcast collaborations.
Public Speaking
I love being in a room full of people who are ready to think differently. My talks draw on years of hands-on sustainability work to give audiences something practical, not just inspiring — real frameworks, honest perspectives, and enough energy to actually do something with it afterwards. I speak at conferences, corporate events, and panels.
Podcast: Bula COP31
The podcast started because I kept having conversations I wished more people could hear. Each episode, I sit down with guests who are thinking seriously about sustainability, climate, and the future we're building - and we talk honestly about what's working, what isn't, and what comes next. No jargon, no doom. Just good conversation with people who care.
Sustainability Consulting
I help organisations move from awareness to action. My consulting work covers sustainability management, climate change risk assessment, and strategy development - all built around one goal: giving you the clarity and tools to make decisions that matter. If your organisation is ready to go beyond compliance and build something genuinely ambitious, I'd like to help.

What topics do you speak on?
My talks centre on sustainability, climate change risk, and what it actually takes to turn good intentions into meaningful action. Some of my most popular topics include [TOPIC 1], [TOPIC 2], and [TOPIC 3]. I always tailor my content to the audience, so whether you're in finance, infrastructure, government, or somewhere in between, the conversation will feel relevant to your world. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and we can work something out.
What kinds of organisations do you work with?
I've worked with organisations across [INDUSTRY 1], [INDUSTRY 2], and [INDUSTRY 3] — typically those who are serious about sustainability but need help cutting through the complexity. My clients tend to be at a point where good intentions aren't enough anymore and they're ready to build something with real structure behind it. If that sounds like you, I'd love to have a conversation.
We're just starting our sustainability journey — is that too early to work with you?
Not at all — in fact, it's often the best time. Getting the foundations right early saves a lot of time and rework down the track. I'm just as comfortable helping an organisation figure out where to start as I am working with teams who already have a strategy and need to sharpen it. Wherever you are, we'll begin there.
